Courtney Dausz focuses her practice in the area of public finance.  Courtney represents cities, counties, school districts, special districts and conduit borrowers in a wide variety of financing matters.  She also serves as underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and advises 501(c)(3) nonprofit clients regarding tax-exempt borrowings and compliance with State and federal laws.
