Employment Counseling and Litigation
The firm represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation including claims of unfair labor practices, grievance arbitrations, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, harassment, discrimination and retaliation. We frequently appear in federal and state court and have successfully tried many employment cases to verdict. We also defend employers in administrative matters including complaints with the EEOC and BOLI. We are available for day-to-day counseling and advice, staff training, fact-finding investigations, as well as handbook and policy review and development.
